  • The Guild is located in the AMLI 300 Building at 300 North Lamar Blvd, 78703.

  • Enter where you see the "Leasing Center" Entrance.

  • It is right underneath the big "300" painted sign.

  • Enter under the arched doorway and take a left.

  • Go up the ramp and take a right. You'll see a gate leading to the pool entrance.

  • Make your way to the call box next to the gate..

  • enter your building access code, which should have been emailed & texted to you

  • Room 104: when facing the pool, take a right, then a left at the end of the hallway. Your room will be on the left.

 

  • Room 109: when facing the pool, take a left, then a right and walk down the long hallway. Your room will be on the left.

All other rooms: using the map to help you, make your way to the back elevator (baylor st. side) so you can take it to your correct floor.
(When facing the pool, take a left, then a right and walk down the long hallway. Take another right to find the elevator on your right.)

Please note, the other elevator shown will only work by scanning your fob, which you'll find waiting for you in your room. Upon first arrival, you must use the back elevator.

  • Using the wall signage or the map above, make your way to your room.

  • Press the 'Schlage' button to backlight your keyless lock pad. 

  • enter your code (which was emailed/texted to you)

  • If the code is accepted, you will receive a green check-mark, granting you access. 

  • If a red 'x' flashes, allow 5 seconds to pass before trying your code again.

You'll find your access fob on counter in your apartment. Use this fob to enter the building efficiently during your stay. Welcome to The Guild!

Please note, you must press the button down & scan the fob against the scanner plate simultaneously in order to gain entry wherever a fob is required.

Garage Entrance.

PRINTABLE INSTRUCTIONS


Say NO to a car tow. REGISTER FOR PARKING. Parking is available for guests at $20 per night (a steep discount to what the garage charges). You must register your plate with us ASAP after arrival so we can register your car. If your car is unregistered, you may be towed (and we really don't want your trip to Austin to include a trip to the Scenic Tow Yard). Please text us a photo of your license plate at 512-623-7480 to register your car.

  • If entering from West 5th St, get in the furthest right lane.

  • If entering from N Lamar Blvd, make sure you don't drive under the overpass. keep right.

  • The garage entrance is directly before the building on your right.

  • Once in the garage, park in any space marked "Future Resident Parking."

PLEASE NOTE: You will have to return to your car after retrieving your fob so that you can park in the correct space. Failure to do so may result in being towed.

  • Follow garage signage to the Leasing Center (exit the garage & take a right).

  • Once outside of the garage, turn right

  • look for the Leasing Center entrance, which is the arched doorway.

  • Drop your bags, retrieve your access fob from your room & return to your car in future resident parking.

Please note, you must press the button down & scan the fob against the scanner plate simultaneously in order to gain entry wherever a fob is required.

  • Use your access fob to open the garage gate.

  • Head straight through the gate toward the mail boxes

  • take a right.

  • Park in any of our Guild-Reserved spaces. Look for a red sign displaying the below numbers:

  • First floor - #3
  • Second floor - #7, #8
  • Fourth floor - #15
  • If you park in any spot that ISN'T a listed spot above, you may be towed.

  • The elevator is in the Southeast corner of the garage.

  • Do note, the elevator will not move unless you scan your fob.
