  • The Guild Lavaca St is located within the AMLI Downtown Apartment Community at 201 Lavaca St, Austin, TX 78701.

    After business hours arrivals will use the alternative street entrance at 234 W 2nd St.

  • During business hours, locate the main entrance to the right of the garage entrance at 201 Lavaca St.

  • Proceed thru the doors to The Guild concierge desk on the ground level directly ahead of you.

  • You will then be directed to the elevator bank.

  • After business hours, locate the alternative street entrance at 234 W 2nd St, near the corner of Colorado and 2nd St.

  • Find the gated area with the open doorway located next to a restaurant called CRU.

  • Pass through the gate and take a right into the elevator bank.

  • In the elevator bank, locate the touchscreen callbox next to the elevator.

  • Press the ‘Delivery & Guild’ button, then ‘OK’.

  • Enter the building code (provided via text or email).

  • Call the elevator to go ‘up’

  • Enter the elevator and take it up to your floor (your floor is the first digit of your room number).

  • Follow directional signage on the wall to locate your room.

    The property is a giant square with a courtyard and pool in the center of the building.

  • Press the 'Schlage' button to backlight your keyless lock pad.

  • If the code is accepted, you will receive a green check-mark, granting you access.

  • If a red 'x' flashes, allow 5 seconds to pass before trying your code again.

  • On the counter, you will find the following items:

    • Building/elevator keycard - access to the the elevator/floors

    • Latch keycard - access the amenities and street entrance gates

    • Parking keycard - access to enter and exit the garage during your stay

    • Parking sticker - for your final departure from the garage.

      IMPORTANT: if you are parking, please text us your license plate so we can register your car. Parking on-site is $20/night.

Garage Entrance

IMPORTANT: Parking is available for guests at $20 per night.
Register your vehicle by taking this quick survey.

 
  • The Guild Lavaca St is located within the AMLI Downtown Apartment Community at 201 Lavaca St , 78701.

  • Pull up to the parking gate entrance.

  • Take a ticket slip from kiosk on the right to open the gate.

IMPORTANT: keep this ticket slip. You will use this at your final departure from the garage. There will be a sticker in your room to place on this ticket to avoid any additional fees.

During your stay, you will use a garage keycard to enter and exit the garage, which you will find in your room.

  • Follow the flow of traffic to the right and park in any open and unreserved parking spot. 

    If you park in a marked, reserved space, you may be towed at your own expense.

  • Whether you're parked on "P1" or “P2,” call the elevator (to the right at the bottom of the ramp)

  • Take the elevator up to Street Level (*ST).

    There are two sets of elevators at opposite corners of the building.

  • Press the ‘Delivery & Guild’ button, then ‘OK’.

  • Enter the building code (provided via text or email).

  • Call the elevator to go ‘up’

Amenities Entrances.

All amenities are on the 2nd floor. Use your Latch keycard to gain entry to any of the on-site amenities.

  • To enter the pool gates:

    Press 2+4 at the same time, then press 3 and turn the handle to gain access to the pool.

  • You can also simply reach over and open the gate from the inside, too!

 

Departure Info.

NOTE: THESE STEPS ARE FOR YOUR FINAL DEPARTURE

  • Attach the parking barcode sticker to your validated parking ticket.

    The sticker should be on the table tent on the kitchen counter.

  • Please leave the Building Access Card and Garage Access Card and Latch Keycard on the kitchen counter.

  • Lock the door behind you by pressing the "Schlage" button on top of the keyless lock or by entering in your room code.

  • Walking? Take the elevators to the ‘Street Level’

  • Exit off of West 2nd St

  • Driving? Take the elevator or stairs down to the garage level you parked on - ‘P1’ or ‘P2’

  • Find your car and proceed to the garage exit.

  • Driving? Insert the parking ticket that you pulled upon your first entry (now with the barcode sticker on it), into the reader.

  • The gate will lift, allowing you to exit onto Lavaca St. with no fee’s.
