  • The Guild is located in Building 1 and 2 at The Lamar Union Apartments at 1100 S Lamar Blvd, Suite 1136, 78704. 

  • Building 1 will be to your LEFT when facing Alamo Drafthouse in Building 3. Building 1 has a BLUE window decals.

  • Building 2 will be to your RIGHT when facing Alamo Drafthouse in Building 3. Building 2 has a PINK window decals.

  • All arrivals can go directly to their building and room. Your access fob and parking pass will be in your room.

    Use the fob to gain access to the building, amenities, and gated area of parking garages.

  • All arrivals need to enter the Building Code at both Building 1 and Building 2 to open the entry doors (building code provided via text/email).

  • Building 1 elevators are always accessible without an access fob.

  • Building 2 elevators only require a fob or using the building code on the callbox at the main entrance doors.

  • Building 1 entrance is located directly between Coated and Lick Ice Cream.

  • During all hours, enter the Building Code to open the Building 1 entry doors (code provided via text/email).

  • You ca your building fob during your stay to open these doors.

  • If you are staying in Building 1, proceed to the elevators to the left of The Guild concierge and take the elevator up to your floor.

    The first digit of your room is your building number. The second digit is your floor number (i.e. room 1237 is in Building 1 on the second floor).

  • Building 2 entrance is located next to Jose Louis Salon under the ‘LEASING OFFICE’ sign.

  • Locate the callbox outside the entrance and enter the building code (provided via text/email).

  • The building code also allows access to the elevators. During your stay, you can use your building fob to open these doors and use the elevators.

  • Proceed directly to the elevators to the left of the lobby and take them up to your floor.

    The first digit of your room is your building number. The second digit is your floor number (i.e. room 2310 is in Building 2 on the third floor).

  • Follow way-finding signage to your room number.

  • At your room, you will find a keypad lock on the door.

    Press the 'Schlage' button to back-light your lock pad.

    Enter your room code (code text/email to you).

    If the code is accepted, you will receive a green check-mark, granting you access.

    If a red 'x' flashes, allow 5 seconds to pass before trying your code again.

  • Driving guests can temporarily park in the street between Building 1 and 2 or temporarily park in garage retail parking in Building 1 or 2.

    IMPORTANT: After retrieving your building access fob and parking pass, you will need to move your car behind the gated areas of garage in either Building 1 or Building 2. Failure to do so may result in towing.

  • Make sure you return to your vehicle and move it to the gated section of the garage in Building 1 or 2.

  • Use your access fob to open the garage gates. These gates will open automatically when exiting.

  • Display your parking pass on your dashboard during your stay. This will need to be returned to your room at your final departure.

    IMPORTANT: You can park behind the gated section in either Building 1 or Building 2 garage. Failure to move your car behind the gated section may result in towing.

Amenities Entrances.

Use your building access fob to gain access to all amenities. Most amenities are located in Building 2 on Floor 2.

  • Enjoy a pool, clubhouse, common area, and fitness center. All rooms require your access fob for entry.

  • Pool Hours are 10am-10pm. 

  • Bring key fob to gain entry outside.

  • At the pool gate, press 2+4 at the same time, then press 3 and turn handle.

  • If the code, for whatever reason, isn't working, you can always simply reach over and open it from the inside, too.

  • Fitness center open 24/7.

  • Clubhouse open 24/7.

Departure Info.

NOTE: THESE STEPS ARE FOR YOUR FINAL DEPARTURE

  • All departing guests - please leave your key fob & parking pass on the kitchen counter.

  • To lock the door behind you, press the "Schlage" button on the top of the lock or re-enter your door code.

    Thanks for keeping our place safe!

  • Departing via ride share or taxi? - Take the elevators to the ground level. Safe travels home!

  • Driving guests - Take the elevators to the garage level you parked on. Drive up to the garage gate and they will open.
