Say NO to a car tow. REGISTER FOR PARKING. Parking is available for guests at $20 per night (a steep discount to what the garage charges).
You must register your plate with us ASAP after arrival so we can register your car. If your car is unregistered, you may be towed (and we really don't want your trip to Austin to include a trip to the Scenic Tow Yard).
Please text us a photo of your license plate at 512-623-7480 to register your car.
The Guild is located in The Lamar Union Apartments at 1100 S Lamar Blvd, 78704.
Find Alamo Drafthouse. If your apt. number starts with the #1, you're in building 1. (1xxx). When looking at Alamo Drafthouse, your building is to the left.
If your apt. number starts with the #2, you're in building 2. (2xxx). When looking at Alamo, your building is to the right.
If parking, please temporarily park on the street. Locate your building access code & apartment access code.
Head to your correct building.
Building 1 entrance is between Optique Eyewear and Lick Ice Creams.
Building 2 entrance is next to Jose Luis.
Look for the iconic Lamar Union branded bands. Building 1 has a blue band.
Building 2 has a magenta band.
Enter the building access code, which we should have emailed & texted you, at the call box.
Proceed to elevator and take it up to your correct floor.
Building 1: From the lounge, proceed left, towards the elevators at the back of the lobby.
Call one to take you up and select your correct floor.
Building 2: During business hours, head to the right of the lobby to the Lamar Union Apartment Leasing Offices.
Tell the friendly staff at the desk that you're staying with The Guild.
A leasing agent will help you up the elevator.
Outside of business hours, simply take the elevator up to your floor.
The second # in your apt. number clarifies which floor you're on
(i.e. x2xx = Floor 2).
If staying on Floor 3, your room number should look like "x3xx"
If staying on Floor 4, your room number should look like "x4xx"
Find your *floor image* below to make sure you're headed the right way.
Press the 'schlage' button to backlight your keyless lock pad.
Enter your apt. code (which should have been emailed/texted to you).
If the code is accepted, you will receive a green check-mark, granting you access.
If a red 'x' flashes, allow 5 seconds to pass before trying your code again.

If parking, grab your access fob & parking pass off the kitchen table. These will help you enter/exit the building efficiently.
Return to your vehicle.
If parking: proceed to the garage in either Building 1 (Optique Eyewear/Lick Ice Creams)
Building 2 (Jose Luis).
Use your access fob to open the residential parking gate--note that you must press the button on the key fob to make the garage door open.
Park in any open, unreserved space.
leave your parking pass on your car dashboard so that it is visible.
Make sure you register for parking with us or you may be towed.
Bring your fob with you--you'll need it to gain entry into buildings. Enjoy your stay!
Most amenities are located in Building 2 on Floor 2.
Bring your access fob to gain access.
Enjoy a pool, clubhouse, common area, and fitness center. All rooms require your access fob for entry.
Pool Hours are 10am-10pm.
Bring access fob to gain entry outside.
At the pool gate, press 2+4 at the same time, then press 3 and turn handle.
If the code, for whatever reason, isn't working, you can always simply reach over and open it from the inside, too.
NOTE: THESE STEPS ARE FOR YOUR FINAL DEPARTURE
Please leave your access fob & parking pass on the kitchen counter!
Lock the door behind you.
Press the "Schlage" button on the top of the keyless lock in order to secure the room.
